I SUPPORT TEACHERS

Teachers in The Educators’ Cooperative love to collaborate on behalf of all students and your support makes it happen. Here’s how you can help:

You can DONATE HERE to support the work of The Educators’ Cooperative. With 80 teachers in The Educators’ Cooperative teaching in more than 60 schools, the teachers of the CoOp are making an impact on the teaching and learning of more than 4,000 students.

The Educators’ Cooperative has been providing highly effective professional development and more for more than three years. We need your help to grow our reach and impact in classrooms all over the Nashville area.

Education research shows that the most effective professional development for teachers occurs when we:

1. Create the space for regular, supported, safe dialogue among peers, 2. use protocols for collaboration and cooperation across disciplines, 3. provide non-evaluative, authentic observation and feedback, 4. share collective responsibility for the growth, development, and support of one another.

The Educators’ Cooperative is separate in organization, leadership, and programming from University School of Nashville, who generously serves as our non-profit sponsor for 501c3 purposes. All funds donated will go exclusively to The Educators’ Cooperative.

Sponsor a teacher.

Participation fees for the Summer Workshop help us cover the costs of our materials, supplies, food, personnel, and honoraria. Your donation will provide scholarships for teachers who make the collaboration, growth, and development of best practices in teaching and learning for all students possible. Any amount helps. Visit our Giving Matters page to donate!
